We charge a flat $500 weekly because we believe it is the best for our clients. We are able to make sure all of our needs are taken care of, so we can fully dedicate our time to you during your stay with us here at Octane Hotshot & Freight

This is beneficial for our clients because, with that flat fee, we get what we will need to dedicate that week to making sure you get the best loads out there at that time. In order for us to keep you happy and keep you coming back week after week. We will ensure that you get top-notch loads. This is why we are looking for the most highly motivated people, those out there wanting to prove they are a real "Hotshot"

The reason why, is because as stated previously, we want the people looking to have high-earning weeks back to back. This will also bring the most value to our clients, instead of paying out the standard 7-10% fee weekly other dispatchers charge. Us being a flat rate ensures you know exactly what you're getting.

While we might be able to do a % based deal, and it might be more lucrative with what type of drivers we primarily want to dispatch for. We want to build long term connections with our drivers. We do know that trucking is a massive back-bone of our country. Keeping shelves stocked, keeping consumer goods lined up. We know that without this service, things would be much more difficult. We want to ensure the drivers doing this are well taken care of. We are a company of Drivers, for drivers.
